Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a team of about 150 technical specialists, promoting a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and continuous improvement.
* Shape and execute the strategic vision for technical services, modernizing structures and processes in alignment with the site's transformation plan.
* Manage cross-functional departments: engineering, new projects, central maintenance, and technical expertise.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards; champion proactive risk prevention and energy transition initiatives.
* Oversee budgets, optimize costs, and secure the success of industrial investments.
Profile
* Master’s degree or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance.
* At least 8 years' relevant experience, including technical project and team management.
* Strong leadership in driving change, team empowerment, and operational excellence.
* Fluency in French and English required.
