\helpers creates a new site, the Safran Blades facility in Marchin, to reinforce its industrial expertise. This project was created in partnership with the Belgian and Walloon federal authorities, Wallonie-Entreprendre and the Federation of State Participation and Investment Companies (SFPIM). The site has been fully transformed into a technological excellence center covering square meters dedicated to manufacturing compressor blades made of titanium for aircraft engines incorporating the principles of Industry 4.0. With an agile approach and a culture of continuous improvement, the factory already brings together over 70 committed employees invested in the project.">
Description de la Fonction

In your role as Ingénieur des Proces, you will play a key part in the success of prototype development and industrialization of compressor blades, at the heart of new engine architectures. As a true interface between the Research and Development department, production, and operators, you will be responsible for mastering processes and achieving industrial excellence.

1. Develop and fine-tune machining procedures by defining tools, strategies, and optimal parameters;
">
2. Program and optimize 5-axis cutting paths on our FAO software;
">
3. Understand client needs (Safran Aero Boosters), analyze fabricability of parts, and propose technical adjustments to ensure their manufacture;
">
4. Pilot the cutting center and tool management while accompanying operators in resolving any problems encountered;
">
5. Plan and coordinate production needs with internal teams and clients (Safran Aero Boosters) while ensuring respect for deadlines and quality standards;
">
6. Contribute to continuous improvement and integration of automated production lines aiming for performance, pace, and industrial robustness.

Compétences Techniques Exigées
">
">
* A Master's degree in Engineering with a technical orientation (mechanics, electromechanics, robotics, or automation) or equivalent through proven experience;
">
* Excellent knowledge of machining and proven experience (minimum 5 years) in managing a cutting center;
">
* Good knowledge of programming machines 5X and using FAO software (essential);
">
* Good knowledge of CATIA or other CAD software (advantageous);
">
* Good level of English (B1/B2) to communicate with suppliers;
">
* Curiosity: you enjoy learning, experimenting, and are not afraid to get hands-on to progress;
