We are looking for a Business Analyst Regulatory to support regulatory compliance initiatives within a major player in the financial services sector. The role focuses on bridging regulatory requirements with business and IT implementation, particularly in the payments domain.
Your missions:
1. Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements related to payments
2. Assess current systems and processes to identify compliance gaps
3. Define and document business and functional requirements
4. Ensure alignment between regulatory needs and existing architecture
5. Act as a liaison between business, IT, and compliance teams
Your main activities:
6. Requirements gathering and analysis
7. Gap analysis and impact assessment
8. Functional specification writing
9. Stakeholder coordination (IT, compliance, business)
10. Support implementation and validation phases
You have the following skills
11. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
12. Strong experience in banking, financial services, or payments
13. Solid knowledge of SEPA and SWIFT
14. Good understanding of regulatory frameworks
15. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
16. Autonomous, proactive, and team-oriented
17. Excellent communication skills
Votre profil
18. You have at least 5 years of professional experiences in IT
19. If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG or NL/ENG it’s best
20. You’re eager to learn, motivated and curious
