The primary geographic focus is within a two-hour radius of Brussels, with attention to broader European opportunities where relevant.
You'll combine market development, relationship building and disciplined follow-up. It requires judgement in determining whether there is genuine strategic fit.
You will work closely with the founders and with the engineering teams to ensure that proposals are both technically credible and commercially sound.

Kapernikov is looking for a professional with experience in complex B2B environments, someone who is able to engage engineers and decision-makers with equal ease.
You should be comfortable discussing technical topics at a meaningful level and translating them into business impact without oversimplifying.
The role requires efficiency in identifying and approaching prospects, as well as discipline in qualification and follow-through. A genuine interest in technology and its practical application is essential.
Fluency in Dutch and English is required. French is an advantage.
