Job description
In the Civil engineering business unit, we mainly focus on projects in the public, private and the industry in which safety, quality and planning definitely are the top priorities of our customers. In partnership with our customers, suppliers and subcontractors, we constantly strive to deliver high-quality projects.
1. You develop and manage projects by deploying people and resources.
2. You monitor the budgets in order to optimally realize the project within the set deadlines and budgets.
3. You closely follow-up on the execution deadlines and the construction site and order any necessary adjustments.
4. You monitor the procedures and executions within the framework of safety/quality/environment.
5. You have a commercial mindset.
6. You make correct and clear agreements and ensure that they are observed.
7. You are in contact with various departments such as purchasing, calculations, dispatching and plants…
8. You are a team player.
In this position, you report to the Business Unit Manager.
Profile
9. You preferably have a degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent through experience.
10. You have a commercial mindset.
11. You can work independently and can handle pressure.
12. You have excellent communication skills, have a good knowledge of English and are doing all right in French.
13. You have the appropriate sense of responsibility, the ability to work independently, attention for detail and flexibility in dealing with various tasks.
