POSITION SUMMARY The Junior Product Manager EMEA – Surgical Solutions is an execution‑focused product marketing role supporting the Surgical Solutions portfolio across the EMEA region. The role is responsible for new product launch execution, go‑to‑market activations, sales enablement, and commercial analytics, ensuring strong operational delivery and high‑quality business case inputs.
Working in close partnership with the EMEA Marketing Manager – Surgical Solutions & CPT, the role contributes market sizing, business case preparation, performance analysis, and execution follow‑through, enabling the Marketing Manager to focus on portfolio strategy, product development, and strategic partnerships.
Plan, coordinate, and track new product launches (NPLs), ensuring full launch readiness across sales tools, training materials, documentation, and internal alignment.
Drive day‑to‑day cross‑functional execution with Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Communication/Marcom, and Demand Planning teams.
Provide demand forecast inputs for NPIs in collaboration with Demand Planning.
Conduct market sizing and opportunity assessments (TAM / SAM / SOM) by country, segment, and application.
Analyze sales performance, adoption curves, pricing bands, and margin indicators to support data‑driven portfolio and launch decisions.
Support product positioning and segmentation by market, application, and customer type.
Maintain portfolio tools supporting product life‑cycle management, including phase‑in / phase‑out activities.
Conduct market and customer research (VOC, field feedback, distributor input) to identify trends, unmet needs, and execution opportunities.
Develop and maintain sales tools, training decks, and product presentations for the Surgical Solutions portfolio.
Support internal sales training sessions, including preparation of content and materials.
Support tender requests (direct and indirect) by providing technical documentation, product data, and analytical inputs.
Support claims generation and validation, including ETQ approvals, in collaboration with Quality and Regulatory teams.
Manage PO creation related to samples, market research, analytics, and product launch execution activities.
Internal: EMEA Marketing Team, Sales, Regulatory & Quality, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Global Marketing & R&D, Communication/Marcom.
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare or product marketing, ideally within Surgical Solutions, medical devices, or Operating Room environments.
Solid analytical skills and ability to translate insights into practical actions.
Strong collaboration and communication skills in a cross functional, international environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, regulated setting.
Fluent in English; an additional European language (Dutch, French, or German) is an asset.
Understanding of ISO controlled environments and quality principles
