Role
Field Quality Business Partner
Your main responsibilities
As a Field Quality Business Partner, you’ll be part of the Field Quality Department — a key support function within our organization. This department includes several areas of expertise such as Safety, Technical Training, and Quality. You’ll join the team responsible for the periodic inspections of our elevator and escalator installations across the Belux region.
You’ll lead a team of 14 field inspectors and act as the main link between the Field Quality Department and our operational teams (Maintenance). Your mission is to ensure that all safety and quality-related matters are handled efficiently and effectively, by promoting knowledge and resource sharing across the region.
You’ll make sure that procedures related to user and employee safety, quality assurance, and compliance with local standards and regulations are properly implemented at branch level. To keep track of everything you will work with our internal ERP-system.
You will mainly work from our head office in Drogenbos, but you are open to travel around Belgium to visit our regional offices or do field visits.
Your key responsibilities include:
Leadership
* Lead and support a team of 14 field inspectors across Belgium and Luxembourg.
* Drive and implement process improvements and lead related projects.
* Take ownership and make decisions in a fast-paced, operational environment.
Ensuring Safety and Quality in the Field
* You will spend 45–60% of your time in the field, working closely with regional managers.
* Anticipate risks and ensure that all employees are working safely and in line with quality standards.
Driving Continuous Improvement
* Identify opportunities to optimize field processes and translate them into concrete actions.
* Share best practices and promote collaboration across the Belux area.
