Our client is a famous european institution located in Kirchberg (Luxembourg). They are looking for a administrative assistant for an assignment of 2 months with possibility of extension until 1 year.
The Administrative Assistant works closely with a team of professionals as well as other administrative and operational assistants.
Qualifications and Professional Skills :
* Certified secondary education, complemented by a 2-year certification in a relevant field (e.g., secretarial studies, business administration).
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in similar or related tasks. Experience as a secretary or administrative/legal assistant in a law firm, corporate legal department, or other legal environment is a distinct advantage.
* Strong proficiency in standard IT and office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Acrobat, and common office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners). Familiarity with Electronic Document Management systems, electronic archiving, and reporting tools is an asset.
* Excellent command of English is required.
