Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Campos, Mallorca. As Spa Manager and Therapist, you will oversee daily spa operations, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include performing spa therapies and treatments, maintaining customer satisfaction, managing the spa budget, and delivering excellent customer service. Additionally, you will ensure the smooth running of the facility, monitor supplies, and uphold high standards of hygiene and service quality.
Qualifications
* Experience in Spa Management, including team coordination and operations
* Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
* Proficiency in Budgeting and managing financial aspects of spa operations
* Expertise in Skin Care and performing professional spa treatments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish or German are a plus
* Relevant certifications or training in spa and wellness services
