The opportunity
You will join our Business Consulting Finance Belgium service line, a team of consultants and executives with diverse industry knowledge and unique consulting expertise. You will work with some of the biggest and most recognized companies in the world and address critical issues of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Responsibilities
* Define a finance vision, mission and strategy
* Conduct accelerated finance diagnostics, maturity assessments and benchmarking
* Design and implement new Finance Operating Models
* Design and implement Shared Service Centers (Global Business Services)
* Drive process excellence in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Financial Planning & Analysis
* Leverage automation and digital processes
Profile
* Master degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent
* 2 to 5 years of experience in management consulting or in the delivery of large scale Finance & Operating Model programs in the industry
* Experience with Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Financial Planning & Analysis
* Knowledge of technologies such as RPA, process mining, SAP, etc. is a plus
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and/or Dutch and/or French
* Excellent problem solving, facilitation, and presentation skills
* A proven ability to work in a team environment with diverse groups
* Forward thinker, quick learner, and self-motivator that thrives on new challenges
* Flexible with travel requirements
