As Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Direct Recruitment
- Source top talent in Strategy, Operations, Digital, and IT (mainly in Belgium, occasionally the Netherlands)
- Focus primarily on hiring permanent team members, with occasional freelance roles
- Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and your own network
- Write job ads that reflect the tone and company culture
- Conduct screening calls and guide candidates through the full selection process
- Stay in touch with candidates and manage interview logistics
2. External Channels
- Coordinate with headhunters and other recruitment partners
- Manage spontaneous applications and internal referrals
- Maintain and grow the company talent pool
3. Beyond Recruitment
- Work with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and priorities
- Conduct compensation benchmarking to ensure competitive offers
- Keep recruitment analytics and dashboards up to date
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience improvements
- Support other HR processes, including staffing, talent reviews, and learning & development initiatives

You bring:
- At least 6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in consultancy or professional services
- Fluency in Dutch, French and English
