Brainbridge Staffing Solutions is a trusted partner in external talent management in Belgium and beyond. We support organisations with medium to large external workforce populations by working closely with hiring managers, suppliers, and company‑referred freelancers to deliver efficient, compliant, and high-quality workforce solutions.
As a Managed Services Specialist, you support the end-to-end procure-to-pay process for external talent for one or more clients. You work with vendor management systems and e‑procurement platforms (such as SAP Fieldglass, Connecting Expertise, Nétive, Beeline) and act as a key operational link between clients and approved suppliers.
The role is mainly based in the greater Antwerp area, combining client site presence with flexible home-working arrangements.
Tasks & responsibilities
* Support the full external talent lifecycle, from requisition intake through onboarding, time registration, and invoicing.
* Guide hiring managers during intake and approval and translate needs into clear job descriptions in the VMS.
* Publish requests to suppliers, review candidate submissions, coordinate interviews, and provide feedback.
* Negotiate bill rates in line with market benchmarks and agreed frameworks.
* Coordinate contractor onboarding, assignment logistics, and timesheet compliance.
* Manage extensions, offboarding, and support program reporting, evaluations, and KPIs.
* Act as a daily point of contact for hiring managers and suppliers and contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery.
Requirements
* Experience in external talent management, managed services, recruitment, or staffing environments.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, staffing, or contracting, specifically involving technical and engineering roles.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
* Fluent Dutch, good English; French is a plus.
* Experience with VMS or e-procurement tools, strong organisational skills, a consultative mindset, and negotiation ability.
