About the job
As an Account Manager – Engagement Partnership, you will develop and manage a portfolio of partners for our client's platform, which offers retail and e-commerce discounts to employees.
Your key responsibilities
6. Acquire new retail/e-commerce partners and promote our client's solution.
7. Grow and maintain your portfolio to meet sales targets.
8. Manage the full sales process: prospection, negotiation, closing, pricing recommendations.
9. Define communication actions and use available media space to boost results.
10. Collaborate with Back Office teams and keep your pipeline updated in CRM (OneForce).
11. Support partner activation and represent our client at relevant events.
About the ideal candidate
12. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
13. Minimum years of BB sales experience.
14. Strong hunter–farmer mindset with proven negotiation and relationship-building skills.
15. Excellent communication, presentation and influencing abilities.
16. Data-driven, comfortable with CRM tools and ideally Power BI.
17. Fluent in French and Dutch, with good English.
