Position: IT Project Manager
For one of our clients, a major public sector institution, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic CRM and Data transformation initiatives.
This role requires a strong project management background combined with a solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Azure technologies, and enterprise integrations. You will act as the central coordination point between business stakeholders, CRM teams, data teams, infrastructure teams, and external partners.
Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate strategic IT projects centered around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
* Manage CRM modernization, data integration, and platform evolution initiatives.
* Coordinate interactions between CRM, Data, Infrastructure, Security, and external partners.
* Ensure project governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
* Facilitate steering committees, workshops, and project follow-up activities.
* Oversee integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure-based data platforms, and enterprise systems.
* Drive API integration projects and contribute to infrastructure-related initiatives.
* Anticipate risks, resolve dependencies, and ensure successful project delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
* Master's degree or equivalent experience.
* 10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or Program Manager.
* Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional IT projects.
* Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
* Good understanding of CRM Service processes, including Activities, Task Management, and Email Inflow.
* Experience working with Azure-based data environments (Microsoft Fabric, Synapse Link, Data Lake, Data Warehouse).
* Experience coordinating API integration projects.
* Knowledge of Agile Scrum; SAFe experience is a strong asset.
* Familiarity with Azure, Entra ID, SSO, Graph API, or C# is considered a plus.
