Your responsibilities Take Turtle’s digital communication and marketing to the next level: Better breakfast! You make sure, that consumers all over Europe know about better breakfast from Turtle. Contribute to internal and external communication by the creation of content (website, digital newsletters, blog posts, etc.). Community management Make sure our ecommerce is efficient and state of the art. Your tasks Manage our social media channels Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest. Plan and execute publications according to the marketing calendar, manage influencers, engage with the community, reply to all comments. Manage our webshop and all associated activities, including maintaining and optimizing the product database and communication with customers. Optimize conversion rates and customer satisfaction by improving the website flow, checkout processes and customer service. Analyzing sales and customer data to identify trends, find opportunities and generate reports. We expect that you are willing and able to work independently (even if we are always there to help you), that you are open to doing new tasks, that you have a critical mind and are open to discussion. You have a good feeling for the digital communication and a good aesthetic sense. Knowledge of English is necessary, because our communication with consumers is mainly in English. Turtle Cereals is a young family-owned company, which has established its own international brand for breakfast cereals. With our products, we offer delicious and healthy organic cereals to consumers in various European countries. To get in their daily morning routine we use different sales channels (supermarkets, specialised shops and online). Turtle products are certified organic, vegan, have less sugar, many are gluten-free and most importantly, they're incredibly delicious! As part of our small but talented team at Turtle, you'll make sure our breakfast cereals can be found and bought on all digital channels.
