As an integral service provider with its own production facilities for prefab concrete, reinforcement steel, metalworking and carpentry, Cordeel serves the entire construction process: from design to delivery and maintenance.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Aankoopbeheer
Marktbevraging, opvragen van offertes, selecteren van leveranciers en onderhandelen van de aankopen van middelen, materialen of diensten, om voor de organisatie de beste mogelijke voorwaarden te verkrijgen over prijs, kwaliteit en leveringstermijn.
Leveranciers & onderaannemers beheren
Onderhouden, optimaliseren en evalueren van leveranciers en onderaannemers, inclusief het opstellen van contracten, opvolging en heronderhandeling waar nodig.
Netwerkontwikkeling
Actief zoeken naar nieuwe leveranciers en onderaannemers om een robuust netwerk verder uit te bouwen.
Procesoptimalisatie
Analyseren en verbeteren van aankoopprocessen om efficiëntie en kostenbesparing te realiseren.
Leveringscontrole
Opvolgen van correcte levering en kwaliteit van bestelde middelen, materialen en diensten.
Interne samenwerking
Afstemmen met andere afdelingen om aankopen te aligneren met projectnoden. Werken in een multidisciplinair team (ontwerp, werkvoorbereiding, financieel, juridisch …).
Compliance & duurzaamheid
Toezien op naleving van procedures en milieubewuste keuzes in lijn met onze duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen.
Wat wij zoeken
Opleiding
Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Ervaring
Minimaal 3 jaar in een aankoopfunctie, bij voorkeur in een project-gedreven omgeving.
