We are looking for a passionate Business Intelligence and Analysis (BI/BA) intern, enthusiastic about data analysis and the development of Business Intelligence tools, to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing interactive dashboards in Power BI, creating applications in Power Apps, and optimizing existing BI tools.
This role also includes managing the entire ETL process and improving algorithm performance to optimize the speed and efficiency of the proposed solutions.
What are your responsibilities?
* Develop dashboards in Power BI to visualize and interpret key company data. This includes managing the ETL process (extracting, transforming, and loading data) to ensure data consistency, integrity, and availability, while ensuring optimal dashboard performance.
* Create and optimize applications in Power Apps, integrating with the entire Office 365 ecosystem (Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.) and Power Platform solutions (such as Power Automate for workflow automation). These applications should be tailored to the needs of internal users to improve operational efficiency.
* Improve and optimize existing BI tools by reducing processing complexity and optimizing algorithm performance for faster and more efficient execution.
* Develop Excel applications using Python or VBA to automate and enhance process efficiency.
* Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
* Analyze and understand existing databases to improve their structures, workflows, and overall performance of the tools.
What are your qualifications?
We are looking for an intern who can start in September and is available for at least 6 months. In addition, the following requirements are also important:
* Currently pursuing a higher education degree (Bac+4/5) in business intelligence, data science, statistics, management, or a related field.
* Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and other Power Platform tools.
* Experience with ETL processes and data flow management.
* Knowledge in Python and VBA for Excel application development is an asset.
* Speaking French or Dutch fluently, with a professional knowledge of English.
* Intellectual curiosity and the ability to understand and deepen technical and business processes.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical ability and quick adaptability to changes are part of your core values.
