Your thorough product knowledge, market intelligence, and combined approach of consultative value selling and strategic account management will ensure consistent customer focus and value contribution.****Position Objectives/Responsibilities:*** Create and capture value for both our customers and Elanco, independently and collaboratively.* Develop and align plans within the poultry team to maximize our collective impact.* Initiate and implement product-focused and non-product value-added strategies across all account levels, including farmers.* Become a recognized and trusted advisor for our customers, extending beyond Elanco's product portfolio.* Identify and capitalize on market opportunities for our poultry portfolio and services.* Manage and execute technical, business-oriented projects.* Conduct and execute field "demo-trials" with accountability.* Proactively represent Elanco to key stakeholders, opinion leaders, and customers, showcasing our products, services, capabilities, and corporate brand.* Demonstrate mastery of consultative skills and strategic planning.**Requested Qualification** (education, experience and/or training, required certifications):* MSc in Veterinary Medicine (or Animal Sciences)* 5+ years of experience in the animal husbandry sector* 32-40 hours availability* Proven track record of results-orientation in relevant commercial settings* Excellent communication and facilitation skills for effective interaction with diverse audiences (from farm to boardroom) and team members, including remote communication* Technically and commercially driven* Ability to acquire and apply technical knowledge to support product sales* Strong organizational and planning skills* Persuasive, influential, and skilled in negotiation* Inquisitive mindset with strong investigative skills* Accurate, ambitious, and a true team player* Excellent written and (near) fluent spoken English* Occasional overnight travel may be required* A genuine passion for the poultry business and its stakeholders* Initiator**What we offer:**At Elanco, we believe in empowering our employees and fostering an environment where innovation thrives.
