Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing: Identify and deliver highly qualified candidates using market research, data tools, referrals, and professional networking.
Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls and candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and readiness for career change.
Executive Evaluation: Conduct preliminary assessments of competencies and cultural fit with clients.
Decision Maker Identification: Identify key decision makers in target organizations and coordinate meetings (Zoom/Phone).
Database Management: Maintain accurate records, update company profiles, and continuously clean data.
Marketing Campaigns: Execute and monitor email campaigns for talent search and marketing purposes.
Required Profile And Skills
Commercial Experience: At least 2 years in Sales or Customer Service, with essential cold calling experience.
Communication Skills: Exceptional people skills and passion for engaging conversations; comfortable interacting with junior to senior-level executives.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Outlook, LinkedIn, PCR (or similar CRM/ATS systems), Google Docs/Excel, and Microsoft Office.
Attention to Detail: Highly organized with meticulous data quality focus.
Attitude: Positive mindset, resilience, and results-oriented.
Compensation And Work Schedule
Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
Target Countries: Guatemala, Honduras, and Philippines.
Training: Specialized training program included from day one.
