Insurance Policy Administrator Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of professionals who specialize in insurance policy administration. As an Insurance Policy Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely issuance of insurance policies to clients and brokers.
Job Responsibilities:
* Create new and renewal insurance policies within our technical policy system
* Review and initiate policy endorsements and certificates
* Analyze technical data and calculate technical transactions including limits, premiums, and deductions
* Manage accurate and careful maintenance of policy documentation and correspondence onto our e-filing platform
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Professional experience as policy technician/administrator or similar
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to understand policy coverage and limits, premium calculations/installments, pro-rata calculations for time on risk
* Able to communicate policy details to clients and brokers both verbally and in writing
* Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
* Diligent, professional with a service-minded attitude
