We are looking for a Senior Architecture Lead Consultant to take a strategic role in the design, evolution, and governance of a cloud‑native, service‑oriented platform supporting large‑scale distributed systems in a hybrid cloud environment.

Responsibilities
Architecture Design
Design and evolve scalable, modular, and maintainable cloud‑native architectures
Translate functional and non‑functional requirements into technical architecture designs
Define and maintain architecture documentation throughout the product lifecycle
Establish and govern architecture standards, design principles, and reusable patterns
Ensure alignment with service‑oriented and cloud‑native architecture principles
Provide guidance on security best practices within distributed and Kubernetes‑based environments
Technology Evaluation
Evaluate emerging technologies and tools for adoption within the platform ecosystem
Support proof‑of‑concept (POC) initiatives and reference implementations
Provide recommendations on technology adoption, optimization, and deprecation strategies
Define architectural guardrails and standards for consistent technology usage
Architecture Guidance & Governance
Act as a senior advisor for complex architectural decisions and trade‑offs
Support engineering teams in implementing architectural designs and refining solutions
Facilitate alignment between technical teams and product stakeholders
Mentor architects and engineers, fostering architectural excellence across teams
Ensure clear and structured documentation of architectural decisions and services
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Lead Architect in critical or enterprise‑scale environments (e.g. infrastructure, operations, or regulated systems)
Strong experience designing cloud‑native platforms and distributed systems
Solid understanding of cloud resource hierarchy and managed service lifecycle
Proven experience with Kubernetes, microservices, xphnsxz and event‑driven architectures (pub‑sub, event sourcing, etc.)
Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and observability frameworks
Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps tools
Ability to break down architecture into actionable tasks for engineering teams
Strong hands‑on software engineering experience to support rapid prototyping and POCs
Deep understanding of system design and distributed architectures
Fluent English (C1 minimum required)
