Reefer Logistics Coordinator

Are you looking for a dynamic support role in an international logistics environment where your eye for detail, problem‑solving skills, and communication make all the difference? We are looking for a Controlled Atmosphere Reefer Specialist to join our team in ensuring the careful handling of sensitive reefer shipments.
As part of the Controlled Atmosphere team, you'll support and coordinate special cargo shipments, making sure everything runs smoothly from the first booking to the final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Check booking info from our agents.
* Send instructions to vessels.
* Analyze temperature data to make informed decisions.
* Share key updates with stakeholders inside and outside MSC.
* Keep admin and documentation accurate and up to date.
* Coordinate with other MSC Reefer teams as needed.
WHO ARE YOU?
* You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Office Management or have equivalent experience.
* You have a strong command of English (professional working proficiency).
* You’re confident using MS Office tools like Word, Excel and Outlook.
* You excel at solving problems and managing your time effectively.
* You stay calm under pressure and have a service‑minded attitude.
* You communicate clearly and professionally.
* You enjoy working in a team and take initiative to get things done.
* You’re detail‑oriented, assertive, and flexible when needed.
