Contract Management is part of our Legal and Commercial Services. Our professionals bring innovative ideas to commercial reality, focusing on maximizing value for all parties through a deep understanding of legal, business, and commercial risks. We work alongside Accenture sales and delivery teams throughout the entire contract lifecycle to provide high-quality advice and support for negotiation, drafting, and ongoing management of client contracts. What You’ll Do: As a Contract Management Specialist, you will: Support contract management teams across projects and accounts, collaborating with account leadership and client stakeholders to understand priorities and objectives. Work across multiple projects, accounts, and geographies to ensure contractual compliance and operational excellence. Identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and contract risks and issues, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties. Support pre-award sales activities, including deal shaping, contractual outcomes, and drafting operational annexes. Prepare governance committee materials and contribute to strategic account planning. Build trusted relationships with client counterparts in a client-facing role. What We’re Looking For: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field. Experience: 5–7 years of experience in contract management or similar roles. Proven experience in contract negotiation, drafting operational annexes, and governance preparation. Exposure to complex programs across industries (e.G., Banking, Utilities, Energy, Public Sector). Skills: Strong legal background with business and IT understanding. Excellent drafting and interpretation skills, including translation quality. Financial acumen (pricing mechanisms and commercial models). Risk management and compliance expertise with a business mindset. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with client executives at all levels. Basic understanding of commercial contracting regulations, subcontracting practices, and terms & conditions. Languages: Native Dutch speaker (mandatory). Professional proficiency in English; French is a plus.
