As a Growth / Performance Marketer, you are responsible for generating high-quality leads and improving our entire marketing funnel.
You think and work data-first : you build campaigns, test hypotheses, analyze results, and scale what works.
Website & Landing Pages Collaborate with our content marketer to create and improve conversion-focused landing pages.
Data & Experimentation Measure, analyze, and optimize campaigns continuously using A/B tests and growth experiments.
Sales Alignment Ensure the right leads reach the right sales team and monitor results throughout the funnel.
Experienced in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or long sales cycle environments.
Thinks in funnel logic and understands what a Marketing Qualified Lead really means.
Comfortable experimenting and using data to make decisions.
Fluent in English and at least Dutch, Frencj or German.
Collaboration with an ambitious sales team that values your input.
