Job description
* Lead and coach the site OPEX team and ensure delivery of strategic improvement goals
* Own the Operational Excellence program including training, coaching, certifications and deployment continuity
* Improve investigation quality through training, coaching and optimisation of quality systems and tools
* Be accountable for the site lead time program with a strong focus on reducing end to end batch cycle time
* Drive efficiency initiatives including KPI reporting, tier meetings, standard work and site governance
* Take the lead on scheduling and planning project in collaboration with external partners
* Support cost optimisation programs through lean scoping studies and efficiency initiatives
* Align with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Project Management, SMEs and Supply Chain, as well as external partners
Requirements
* Minimum 10 years of experience in pharma, biotech or a similar regulated manufacturing environment
* Strong Operational Excellence mindset with proven change leadership experience
* Solid background in project or program management in large organisations
* Experience as a direct people manager
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strategic insight combined with hands on execution capability
* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus
* Experience with CAR T manufacturing is a plus
* Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
