We are seeking an engaging and strategic Marketing Manager to attract distinguished applicants for the HKUST Bilingual EMBA Program. This role is central to sharing our program's unique value and fostering meaningful connections with prospective participants.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a holistic engagement and outreach strategy to build a strong and diverse candidate pool.
* Play a pivotal role in the candidate journey: engaging with prospective candidates, providing insightful guidance, and ensuring a supportive and informative experience.
* Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and new channels to connect with high-potential senior executives.
* Articulate the program's distinctive mission and value through compelling storytelling and communications.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in marketing, admission or outreach, ideally within higher education or executive development.
* Proven ability to guide prospective candidates through a considered decision-making process.
* Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with fluency in English and Putonghua.
* Proactive, and passionate about connecting with individuals.
(Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
