As a successful Recruitment Consultant - Healthcare & Life Sciences, you will be based in Brussels and you will have full responsibilities on the recruitment cycle.
You will be the first point of contact with clients to understand their needs, negotiate the contract and launch the search based on your expertise. You will manage the different steps with candidates from sourcing and interviewing to salary offer management.
Your day-to-day activities:
* Develop a network of professionals within the healthcare & life sciences industry & actively identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the division.
* Build and maintain strong long relationships with clients, understanding their structure, their hiring needs and providing strategic advice. Ideally, this will be done on-site, allowing you to familiarize with the environment and company culture to better assess which profile would be the best fit.
* Based on your experience with previous searches, you will provide clients/companies with professional advice and support them with tips and tricks to ensure a successful search and client satisfaction.
* Build your network of Healthcare & Life sciences profiles by conducting regular high-quality, high-level screenings.
* Identify relevant Healthcare & life sciences profiles based on specific client's request & introduce candidates to companies based on a comprehensive report of the screening process.
* Support the entire recruitment process: manage expectations, organize interviews, collect feedback, take references, manage salary offer...
* Attending external Healthcare & life sciences events to connect with interesting companies and stay up-to-date on your current knowledge
* Remaining top-of-mind with companies through regular customer contact through visits, lunches together, or team update calls.
Jouw profiel
As a successful Recruitment Consultant - Healthcare & Life Sciences, you have the following profile:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Life Sciences, Business, or related fields.
* +2 years of experiences in a position involving people interactions, providing advice ...
* Previous experience in recruitment or sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
* Strong interest in the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry.
* Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Is proactive, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* You demonstrate resilience and perseverance.
* You are energized by connecting with people, collaborating with colleagues and working in a team
* Fluent in Dutch & English, French being a plus
