As an Office Manager, your responsibilities are:

* Overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
* Managing correspondence, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
* Supervising and supporting the secretarial team to achieve business goals.
* Coordinating with external vendors and service providers as needed.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Organizing meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on action points.
* Handling office supplies and ensuring a well-stocked and functional workspace.
* Providing ad hoc support to senior management when required.


A successful Office Manager should have:

* A background in secretarial or business support roles within the business services industry.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in office software and tools for administrative tasks.
* Excellent communication skills in English and french; knowledge in Dutch is a plus!
* A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Problem-solving skills and a professional demeanor.
