About the Role
Most companies hire Business Analysts.

We’re hiring an Agentic AI Business Analyst.
Why? Because AI just changed how business processes work.
They are no longer just people doing tasks.
They are human + AI systems, and someone needs to design that collaboration.
Not a traditional BA. Not a developer. Something new.
What You’ll Do
* Turn business processes into Human + AI workflows
* Define what humans do, what AI agents do, and when AI escalates
* Design AI behavior: prompts, agent instructions, interaction flows, evaluation scenarios
* Work closely with our Behavioral Science & internal AI engineering team building Kairosflow.ai, our AI by and for Europe
Who You Are
* Curious about how AI systems behave and reason
* Love understanding how businesses actually work
* Enjoy building, testing, and experimenting with AI tools
* Comfortable moving between business discussions and AI systems
Practical Requirements
* Not a developer
* Not a vibe coder
* Strong English, Dutch preferred
* Based in Belgium or the Netherlands
* If writing 40-page requirement documents excites you, this role is probably not for you
