And we’re looking for a Founding Account Executive to build this market from 0 to 1.
The Role
* This is not a typical AE role.
* There is no established playbook.
* No inbound machine.
* No existing pipeline.
You will:
* Own a new region from scratch
* Work directly with founders and our VP of Growth (Costa F.)
* Help define how we sell, not just execute it
If you succeed here you won’t just close deals, you’ll be the one who built the market.
Why this is a strong sales opportunity
* We sell on real client cases — not generic demos
* Many deals close without a pilot
* When we run a test on a client’s own case, ~95% convert
* Focus: mid-sized law firms (5+ lawyers)
* Deal size: ~€5k–€30k
* Model: land & expand
Short cycles, high conviction, real value.
* This is not “convincing people AI matters.”
* This is showing them how to work differently and better.
What you’ll do
* Hunt and close new business in Brussels & Wallonia
* Build your own pipeline through outbound
* Run high-impact conversations with lawyers and partners
* Sell based on real use cases and real output
* Own the full cycle: from first contact to close
* Personally onboard your first clients (first ~10)
As you build traction, you’ll unlock support (BDR / CS). But you start as a builder.
Who we’re looking for
* Proven SaaS AE (deal size ~€5k–€30k)
* A hunter first, outbound is your default
* A rising performer who wants more ownership
* Comfortable operating in ambiguity
* You sell on value, not pressure
You’re likely someone who:
* Has proven they can close
* Feels under-leveraged in their current role
* Wants to build something, not just execute
Languages:
* French (must)
* Dutch is a strong plus (creates flexibility across regions as we scale)
* On-site / client-facing role
Not a fit if
* You rely on inbound or marketing-generated leads
* You’ve only done enterprise / long sales cycles
* You need structure before you act
* You’re not excited about building from 0
Compensation & upside
* Uncapped, performance-driven compensation
* Strong performers reach ~€100k OTE
* Top performers go beyond €120k+
