As Management Assistant you will be responsible for:
1. Assisting the Managing Director and his team
2. Agenda & travel management
3. Organisation of internal/external events & meetings
4. Office management (fleet, facility, office furniture, events...)
5. Follow-up of projects (coordination of deadlines, administrative support...)
6. Point of contact for external stakeholders
7. You have an excellent level in French and Dutch
8. You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
9. You are proactive, organised and positive-minded
10. You can handle confidential information and you are reliable
