As a Project management assistant, you will be the right hand to the COO, gaining hands-on experience. Your mission is to provide operational backbone and conduct the groundwork for an upcoming program promotion. This internship is a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful initiatives while building practical skills in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. Your key responsibilities Help oversee and coordinate the FDT Health Impact Grant program. Help structure and optimize internal tools related to the relevant projects (Notion, CRM,dashboards). Assist the COO in preparing high-level meetings through background research, briefing notes, and strategic recommendations. Conduct market benchmarks and competitive analysis to anticipate opportunities and risks for entrepreneurship. Develop draft materials, presentations and data visualizations for external stakeholders and partners. Identify and qualify stakeholders to deploy the strategy. Unroll reach out strategy and assist in outbound campaigns Track KPIs and update the CRM Act as a bridge between the COO and the communication team. Ensure that operational milestones are translated into content for our community and partners. Assist in coordinating internal events or workshops related to the strategy roll-out. Your profile You are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master’s program (Business, Management, Communications, IT, Data Analysis or Social Sciences).
