More About Us
The Europe, Africa and Middle East Tax Center is responsible for managing (in)direct tax matters of all
ExxonMobil affiliates in the region including large Joint Ventures. Working within a team of 15 tax professionals
and reporting to the EAME Indirect Tax Planning Manager, this senior tax advisory role is for a member of the
indirect value chain tax team supporting ExxonMobil's business footprint in the EAME region.
Located in Machelen (Belgium) at the regional head office of ExxonMobil, planning to relocate to Antwerp in 2027.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax professional ready to take on complex challenges within a
Fortune 50 multinational corporation. You will gain a wide variety of experience, work on dynamic projects and
develop value-added tax strategies. Business line and finance managers will look to you for advice regarding
major transactions, value defense and tax savings opportunities.

What will you do
Identify, develop and implement tax planning strategies that align with business objectives through
collaboration with key stakeholders
Stay updated on tax laws, policies, regulations and industry trends
Analyze business operations, transactions and investments and identify potential tax issues, opportunities
and risk management strategies associated with global value chains
Analyze complex tax issues and recommend practical and strategic solutions
Distill recent legislation and regulations into practical guidance for our tax compliance organization to
assist our corporation in complying with an ever-changing and complex tax environment

You are an experienced hands-on tax professional, a team-player and who thrives in an independent role and
operates proactively in a fast-changing environment.

Skills And Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of tax planning experience in a large advisory firm or multinational environment
Degree in Tax
Strong project management skills
Extensive knowledge about excise tax and VAT and system implications
Interest and aptitude for tax technology and digital transformation
Adds value by collaborating effectively with colleagues, clients and other support functions
Shares Knowledge To Develop Capabilities Of The Whole Team
