We are seeking an experienced PMO Administrative Assistant to support the SAP Transformation Program.

About the Opportunity
This is a unique chance for you to contribute to a major digital transformation initiative.
As a PMO Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in the smooth coordination and operation of the shERPa SAP S/4 transformation program, supporting program coordinators and change experts in a fast-paced and multilingual environment.
Main Responsibilities
1. Agenda & Workshop Coordination (60%)
1. Manage agendas for all PMO team members (+/-10 people)
2. Organize and coordinate design workshops, testing sessions, and training activities
3. Book and manage meeting rooms and maintain the central project calendar
4. Handle the central program mailbox and respond to internal project requests
2. Communication & Administrative Support (40%)
1. Participate in status meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points
2. Assist with onboarding of new team members (emails, badges, tools)
3. Maintain SharePoint environments and update project management tools
4. Manage holidays and project calendars, support documentation and deadlines
Technical Requirements
1. Proven experience (5+ years) as a PMO admin in IT/ERP projects
2. Strong command of MS Office tools, Teams & SharePoint
3. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (written & spoken)
4. Demonstrated communication skills and proactivity
Nice to Have
1. Experience with project planning tools and JIRA
2. Structured and solution-oriented mindset
3. Familiarity with standardization of project procedures
