Function
1. As a member of the Arbonia Climate IT division, you oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department to ensure high quality of all IT systems and infrastructure with a focus on availability, resilience and security.
2. You align IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goals .
3. You make sure to oversee and contribute to project management activities on both IT and Business requirements needs.
4. You are in charge of evaluating risk, developing network recovery and backup
5. You manage and support IT budgets, IT forecasting and Year to date actuals (OPEX & CAPEX).
6. Acting as a business enabler, you will continuously explore new opportunities and developments.
7. You are a Coach and a mentor. You develop the IT staff, to enhance their skills and competencies.
8. You are responsible for monitoring and implementing market developments in digital solutions in alignment with Arbonia Climate.
9. You have a good understanding of conducting future tasks in alignment with and according to the IT guidelines of Arbonia Climate.
10. You will report to the CIO of Arbonia Climate and the CFO of Vasco .
Profile
11. You have a higher degree in Information Technology and/or Computer Science and/or have equivalent experience.
12. You have a proven track record using ERP systems such as INFOR ERP LN 10.7 (transition to SAP S/4HANA in a later phase).
13. You have a strong knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM, MS (Power) BI, IT hardware and software infrastructure and LAN/WAN networks, as well as experience with MS apps.
14. At least 5 years of experience in a managerial IT role is required, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a logistics or production environment .
15. Proven experience in IT project management and successful implementation is your key to excelling in this role.
16. You are involved in strategic conversations (on negotiation and contractual level) with strong communication and interpersonal skills, in both English and Dutch (German and French are a plus).
17. You have excellent project and people management skills and know how to motivate a team across different cultures (international).
