We’re on the lookout for a sharp, process-driven Digital Transformation Specialist to help us build the operational backbone of our fast-growing SaaS scale-up.
This role sits at the crossroads of teams, tools, and processes. You’ll work closely with department heads to understand how they operate, identify what’s needed, and design workflows and systems that make cross-team collaboration seamless and efficient. From maintaining and evolving our internal tool stack (together with external partners), to eliminating manual work through smart automation, you’ll be the go-to person for operational excellence across the company.
We work with a range of tools—spanning project management, CRM, analytics, communication, and finance—and part of your role will be to make sure these systems talk to each other smoothly. Understanding the flow of information, including the impact on financial processes is essential although it is not a financial ERP implementation role. It’s broader, cross-functional, and designed to help every team move faster and smarter as we scale.
Your responsibilities
* Own and continuously improve company-wide processes that span across multiple departments in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS environment.
* Collaborate closely with department heads to map their needs, define efficient workflows, and ensure alignment across teams.
* Maintain and evolve key business tools (together with external partners), ensuring systems are properly set up and integrated to support growth.
* Drive automation between tools to eliminate repetitive, manual tasks and boost operational efficiency.
* Keep a high-level view of data flows and dependencies—especially where they touch financial systems.
* Act as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation, helping translate requirements into practical solutions.
* Monitor and improve data quality across systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Stay on top of new tooling and automation trends, bringing fresh ideas into the company.

Your profile
* 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Process Management, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of hands-on experience in setting up tool integrations and automations (using iPaaS platforms, APIs, PowerAutomate, etc.).
* Solid experience working with Salesforce, especially in setup, configuration, and maintaining integrations.
* Comfortable working with a broad range of tools; our current stack includes Salesforce, Wrike, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Amplitude, Intercom, and the Microsoft Power Platform (incl. PowerBI, PowerAutomate).
* Understanding of financial processes and how they connect to operational tooling and automation flows.
* Strategic thinker who can also dive into the weeds to make things work.
* Able to talk both business and tech - you're comfortable working with commercial teams, finance, and external IT partners alike.
* Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
* Background in Commercial Engineering (Handelsingenieur), Computer Sciences, Applied Economics (TEW), or equivalent.
* Bonus points for experience in system ownership, change management, or process redesign in a SaaS or scale-up environment.
Reporting Line You will report directly to the CFO, working closely with all key departments to ensure seamless operations and alignment across the company.
