* Handle administrative HR tasks, including contracts, payroll coordination, and employee records
* Support the recruitment process, from job postings to interview scheduling
* Assist with onboarding and training new employees
* Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
* Respond to employee inquiries related to HR matters
* Maintain and update HR databases and reports
* First experience in HR administration or a similar role (internships included)
* Fluent in French or Dutch AND English
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools
