IntroductionWe are looking for an IT Buyer to join our client; The ideal candidate has experience in managing the end-to-end sourcing process, including RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (Request for Proposal) stages. This role requires a deep understanding of IT procurement, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to draft and manage contracts effectively.
FunctionManage the entire sourcing process from A to Z, including RFI, RFP, and vendor selection.Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure favorable outcomes.Draft, review, and manage contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their IT procurement needs and provide solutions.Maintain and update procurement records and documentation.Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
RequirementsTechnical profile requirementsStrong track record in managing the full sourcing process.Proficiency in SAP Ariba is a very strong plusProficient in MS OfficeNon-Technical profile requirementsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Methodology/Certification requirementsBachelor's or master's degree (economic) or equivalent by experienceLanguage proficienciesFluent in English is mandatoryDutch is a plus.
