Then this PMO analyst Internship within the CFO Programs & Information Systems Management team might be the opportunity you are looking for.
The internship as PMO Analyst will include the following responsibilities:
1. Support the PMO activities of large finance transformation programs, including governance, planning, reporting, and coordination.
2. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project governance deliverables (roadmaps, milestones, RAID, KPIs, dependencies).
3. Support Steering Committee and management reporting by consolidating project status, risks, decisions, and action items.
4. Maintain and improve PMO tools and documentation standards (templates, dashboards, document repositories).
5. Support meeting preparation and follow‑up (agenda, minutes, action tracking).
6. Assist with project financial follow‑up activities (timesheets, budget tracking, high‑level forecasting support).
7. Contribute to communication and change management activities (prepare content, maintain Teams/SharePoint channels, adoption tracking).
8. Support onboarding of new project members by preparing PMO and project overview materials.
9. Act as a transversal liaison between project managers, workstream leads, IT partners, and business stakeholders.
10. Support test periods by controlling test evidences and even perform some tests.
Your profile
11. Student or recent graduate master’s in business administration, Finance, Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
12. Strong interest in project management / PMO within a corporate or transformation environment.
13. Good analytical and structuring skills.
14. High standard of written communication and reporting.
15. Proficient user of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
16. Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid) is a plus.
17. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of French/Dutch is a plus
