1.Sales development
* Key Account Management: Develop client accounts through loyalty-building and ongoing client follow-up (B2B / B2C)
* Identify and qualify client needs, respond to RFPs (emails, calls, site visits), and propose tailor-made solutions
* Prepare, present, and negotiate quotations and contracts
* Ensure commercial follow-up through to event confirmation
* Contribute to the sales strategy (packages, offers, upselling)
2. Event Planning & Coordination
* Manage the full organization of events (seminars, incentives, parties, weddings, corporate events, etc.)
* Coordinate internal departments and external suppliers (catering, technical services, logistics, décor, entertainment)
* Prepare schedules, event briefs, timelines, and checklists
* Be present on-site on the event day and ensure smooth execution
* Anticipate and manage unforeseen issues
3. Client Relationship & Experience
* Provide personalized follow-up before, during, and after the event
* Ensure client satisfaction and handle feedback or complaints professionally
* Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients
* Act as an ambassador of the company's image and values
4. Reporting & Administration
* Update CRM tools and client files
* Work with management on objectives and areas for improvement
* Send deposit invoices to clients
* Handle post-event invoicing
