Responsibilities:
Manage and organize day-to-day vehicle delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of deliveries.
Coordinate vehicle pick-ups and deliveries through external transport providers and in-house drivers.
Coordinate closely with sales and operations teams to ensure vehicles are prepared, approved, and ready for delivery within agreed timelines.
Liaise with suppliers to obtain, verify, and follow up on all required vehicle documentation.
Ensure accurate processing and control of all vehicle-related documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Review CMRs and delivery confirmations thoroughly to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Manage internal and external communications via the CRM system, ensuring timely responses and accurate record-keeping.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or operational support role.
* Proven experience in office management, logistics, or operational coordination.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Highly efficient, proactive, and able to work independently as a problem solver.
* Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and processes.
* A team-oriented mindset, combined with the ability to work autonomously on critical tasks
* Energetic and innovative, with a positive attitude toward new challenges and continuous improvement
* Fluent in English and Dutch; knowledge of additional languages such as French or Spanish is a strong advantage.
