As a B2D advisor, you ensure the seamless sale of end‑of‑lease vehicles to their drivers or their direct network. This includes a mix of administrative accuracy, financial control, customer contact, and commercial support. A more concrete overview of your tasks includes: Administration: Manage sales files from A to Z (document checks, VAT control, customer creation, preparation of quotes, etc.) Ensure complete and correct data processing across internal systems Customer interaction: Handle customer questions and comments via email and digital platforms (Salesforce, Miles,…) Provide clear and friendly communication throughout the entire process Commercial follow‑up: Actively follow up on ongoing files by phone or email Guide customers through the next steps to ensure a smooth purchase experience Financial tasks: Monitor payments, verify bank statements, and ensure correct invoicing Who are we looking for? You have a secondary education in a relevant field or can convince us with your experience gained so far. You can easily commute to and from Asse, as this is where you will be employed. You are proactive, organized, and manage your priorities well. You are customer-oriented, patient, and stress-resistant. You enjoy working very accurately and you are detail oriented.
