Who is HR Rail? HR Rail, located at Brussels Midi celebrated it’s 10 years anniversary recently and is the official human resources company for the Belgian railway sector, primarily serving as the employer for personnel working for SNCB/NMBS and Infrabel. HR Rail is responsible for recruitment, payroll, career development, and general HR management for railway employees (30 000 people). HR Rail is the social secretariat for railway employees and a lot more. What about the SAP HR Team? The SAP team at HR Rail consists of approximately 30 employees working in the latest version of S4H. The team is responsible for creating and maintaining the applications that support the payroll and career management processes for the 30,000 employees of the Belgian railways. To support the growth in business and projects, the SAP HR team is looking for a new colleague: SAP HR Pay consultant. What will you be doing? Take part in the E-GOV 3.0 Pilot together with SAP. Upgrade the integration with the S4H systems at SNCB/NMBS and Infrabel. Participating in large-scale projects to expand the SAP PAY solution (from A to Z) Configuration of the SAP-system Monitoring and enhancing existing SAP PAY solutions.
