About the Role ( open for young Engineers) As a Senior Buyer Technical Goods & Services, you’ll work closely with colleagues from different departments, acting as a bridge-builder within the organization. You communicate effectively and persuasively with both internal and external stakeholders and think both strategically and operationally. Responsibilities Sourcing Technical goods, parts, components, equipment & services: You analyze market trends, understand cost structures, and actively seek new suppliers to secure the best purchasing conditions. Negotiating agreements: You negotiate contracts and terms within your mandate, always aligning with internal procedures and the expectations of your internal customers. You ensure continuity by establishing strategic agreements, such as service contracts and framework agreements. Stakeholder management: You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, organize meetings, and proactively explore alternative solutions. Contract management: You monitor contract performance using KPIs and act as the primary point of contact for suppliers. Additionally, you coordinate administrative processes to ensure smooth collaboration. Administrative processing: Work efficiently with Microsoft Office. You also prepare management reports to provide insights into procurement results.
Qualifications You have a relevant master’s degree. You have relevant
experience in technical procurement and/or supply chain
or you are a
Young Potential with a Master
with interest & affinity with Technical Goods and Services
Required Skills You work in a structured manner and have strong numerical and planning skills. Market knowledge, insights in inventory management is a plus You can manage projects autonomously and have experience in negotiations Able to work operational, tactical as strategical with a good eye for proces improvement You have excellent proficiency in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French, German, or other languages is a plus. You are proficient in MS Office and contribute to the implementation of the new ERP system, Dynamics F&O.
