Voyansi, a global leader company with 20+ years’ experience, excels in the digital transformation of assets by applying BIM technology to the Design, Architecture, and Construction industries. This cutting-edge technology helps optimize processes to expedite our clients’ business operations.
This position requires a hybrid profile: a technical leader capable of delivering complex BIM projects and a client advocate who ensures that our digital delivery adds maximum value to the customer’s business. You will be responsible for the end-to-end project lifecycle, focusing on high-quality delivery, client retention, and identifying growth opportunities within our accounts.
What you will do on a day-to-day basis:
* Project & Delivery Management: Lead the execution of BIM projects, ensuring all deliverables meet the client's requirements and are submitted on time and within budget.
* Customer Success & Relationship: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their goals are met and their experience with our BIM services is exceptional.
* Commercial Awareness: Identify "upselling" or "cross-selling" opportunities by understanding client pain points and suggesting additional BIM use cases (e.g., 4D/5D, Asset Management).
* Value Demonstration: Conduct periodic project reviews with clients to demonstrate the ROI of our BIM workflows and ensure alignment with their business objectives.
* Coordination & Quality: Lead federation and clash detection processes, ensuring the technical output meets the highest industry standards.
* CDE & Information Management: Manage the Common Data Environment (ACC/BIM 360) to ensure transparency and fluid communication with the client.
Software Skills:
* Advanced: Revit, Navisworks, and ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360).
* Intermediate: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and ReCap
* Valuable: Knowledge of Laser Scanning and Project Management software (MS Project/Jira/Trello).
What you need to be successful:
* Education: Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Building Science.
* Experience: Proven track record in BIM Project Management with a client-facing focus.
* Commercial Insight: Ability to understand market trends and translate technical benefits into business value for the client.
* Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to navigate complex client organizations and build trust.
* Problem-Solving: Proactive attitude to resolve conflicts before they impact the client relationship.
* Bidding Support: Experience or willingness to support the commercial team in technical proposals and project scoping.
Language:
* Intermediate-advanced English skills (B2/C1).
