Job Description
As Legal Counsel - Contract Law your responsibilities are:
Draft, negotiate, and monitor a wide range of contracts, including construction, joint venture, maintenance, and shareholders agreementsOffer practical legal advice on diverse topics including contract law, obligations law, and corporate lawFollow up on national disputes and claims involving the companyCollaborate closely with internal teams to assess legal, commercial, technical, and financial aspects of projectsAnalyze private tender documents, especially during the bidding phase, and provide legal advice throughout the execution phase
The Successful Applicant
Master's degree in LawFluent in Dutch and English; good command of French is an assetHas at least 5 years of experience as a lawyer and nació or in-house legal counselDemonstrates negotiation skills and experience with complex agreementsShows curiosity for the technical and commercial dimensions of projectsIs pragmatic, proactive, communicative, and a true team playerWorks autonomously with confidence and assertiveness
