We are looking for a seasoned professional to fill the position of Human Resources Director. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the organization's success and contribute to creating a better world.


Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR team in the Belgian branch, supporting local co-workers, and collaborating with the Group HR Leadership team. Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and implementing HR strategies to support the organization's mission and values.
* Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
* Recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent.
* Maintaining compliance with social legislation and regulations.
* Fostering a culture of open communication, trust, and respect.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a good command of English (spoken and written).


Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

* A master's degree in HR or a related field.
* At least 7-12 years of experience in general HR, preferably in a similar industry.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection, learning and development, talent management, compensation and benefits, and other key HR domains.
* Excellent business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* A keen sense of initiative and ability to think strategically.
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
