Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Business Growth to join our team. Reporting directly to Senior Management, this leadership role is pivotal in driving regional offline business development by increasing our customer base, identifying new market opportunities, and maximizing revenue growth.
Job Description
 * Develop and execute comprehensive regional offline growth strategies focused on retail customer acquisition, retention and revenue generation
 * Design and implement tactics to attract new customers, acquire partners via the offline channels and improve conversion rates
 * Identify untapped regions and market segments for CFD products, including geographic expansion plans
 * Build and maintain partnerships with brokers, financial advisors, and trading communities
 * Organize seminars, workshops, and offline events to generate leads and raise brand awareness
 * Work closely with Management to align regional business development initiatives with overall company strategy
 * Collaborate with Business Development, Affiliate & Marketing teams to design campaigns, track ROI, and optimize offline-to-online funnels
 * Support coordinated market/geographic penetration strategies leveraging insights from internal teams
 * Lead, mentor, and grow teams responsible for regional client acquisition and partnership development
 * Define KPIs and monitor performance metrics to ensure growth targets are met
 * Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging trends in regional markets
 * Provide actionable insights to refine strategy and maximize penetration in priority geographies
Job Requirements
 * Previous experience in a similar growth-focused leadership role
 * Proven experience and results in offline sales, partnerships, and B2B/B2C channels
 * Deep understanding of CFDs, derivatives, trading platforms, and client behaviour
 * Strong relationship-building skills with brokers, financial advisors, and offline communities
 * Ability to measure offline campaign ROI, analyse conversion metrics, and adjust strategy
 * Familiarity with financial regulations in target markets
 * Proficient in analytics tools and a data-driven mindset to inform decision-making and track growth performance
 * Experience leading cross-functional teams and working effectively across departments
 * Willingness and ability to travel on a frequent basis
 * Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
