Join to apply for the Technical Consultant role at Econocom Belgium As an Ivanti ITSM Technical Consultant, you’ll be responsible for analyzing, configuring, and implementing Ivanti Service Management solutions at our customers’ sites. You’ll translate functional needs into technical solutions within the Ivanti ITSM ecosystem and guide customers in their digital transformation of IT processes. Core responsibilities Customer needs analysis and translation into Ivanti ITSM solutions. Technical configuration of Ivanti Neurons for ITSM. Development of workflows, business rules, dashboards and reports. Integration of Ivanti with other systems via APIs or middleware. Training and support of end-users and IT teams. Documentation of technical solutions and configurations. Active contribution to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies. Technical Ice Cream Knowledge of Ivanti Neurons for ITSM products is a plus but certainly not a requirement. Experience with ITIL processes (ITIL Foundation certificate is a plus). Experience with REST API integrations and PowerShell scripting. Basic knowledge of SQL and reporting tools. Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD and Single Sign-On is an asset. Skills and Profile Trilingual: French (mother tongue), good knowledge of Dutch and English. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills. Independent, structured and result oriented. Willingness to travel within Belgium and occasionally internationally. Pluses Experience in a consultancy or project environment.
