How you will create an impact: Pricing architecture: Develop and implement optimizedpricing structures, ensuring alignment with client objectives and valuecapture. Product portfolio development: Support the design,structuring, and optimization of product/service offerings, identifying growthand monetization opportunities. Promotional strategies: Design and implement targetedpromotional strategies and discount schemes, with a focus on measurablecommercial impact. Customer segmentation: Develop and apply segmentationmodels to prioritize customers and maximize commercial impact. Route to Market / Go-to-Market: Structure andimplement customer coverage models by segment, defining operating models andresource allocation. Incentive systems: Design and implement commercialincentive schemes aligned with performance and growth objectives. Sales excellence: Develop initiatives to improvecommercial effectiveness, including processes, tools, and sales approaches. Project execution and management: Lead workstreamsend-to-end, combining analysis, solution development, and implementationalongside clients. Client interaction: Engage directly with clients,leading discussions, presenting recommendations, and ensuring alignment withkey stakeholders. Internal collaboration: Work cross-functionally withteams and contribute to internal initiatives such as knowledge development andcontent creation. Your profile: Bachelor's or Master's degree (business, economics, engineering or related fields) 3-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, ideally with exposure to pricing, revenue management, or commercial strategy Experience in industries such as Consumer Goods, Retail, B2B, or Financial Services Proven ability to own workstreams or lead small teams (1–3 people) within consulting projects Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills,with the ability to structure complex business problems and drive actionablesolutions Hands-on,execution-driven mindset,with a high level of ownership and accountability Strong business and commercial acumen, with a focus on delivering measurable impact Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and present to different audiences Familiarity with data-driven approaches (e.G., Python, scripting, analytics), with the ability to guide technical work Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-performance environments, with flexibility to adapt and take on diverse responsibilities Native Portuguese Fluentin English (written and spoken) & Spanish is a strong plus Willingness to travel frequently (~40%) Availability to work in the hybrid model in São Paulo If you’re interested, and if you’d like to offer your skills and commitment to our international team, then we would be pleased to receive your application.
